Modern Market’s goal is to deliver your purchase in the fastest and most economical way possible. Shipping fees are calculated based on real-time rates, factoring in location, size, and weight. A variety of shipping options will be displayed for you to choose from at checkout. Currently, we can ship to 48 of the 50 United States. We cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
Standard, Threshold, and White Glove Shipping rates are available on all orders and will be calculated at checkout.

Standard shipments are sent via small parcel carrier or via our freight partner, depending on size.
Larger items will be delivered curbside at a pre-scheduled time. Orders will not be unpacked nor will trash be removed via our freight partner. Again, this is curbside delivery drop off only.
Threshold Shipping | Standard Shipping + $99
With Threshold Shipping, your order arrives "across the threshold" or will be placed inside the first available dry/weatherproof area. For a home, this is inside the front door. For an apartment or office building, this is in the first-floor lobby only.
Orders will not be taken up any flights of stairs, elevators, within different rooms etc. Unpacking + debris removal is not included.
You will be notified when the shipment arrives to your local delivery center to schedule an appointment timeframe between Monday-Friday during typical business hours.
Threshold Shipping is not applicable for items that ship via small parcel service.
White Glove Shipping | Standard Shipping + $149
The crème de la crème of our shipping options. With White Glove Shipping, we offer inside delivery with assembly and trash removal.
You will be notified when the shipment arrives to your local delivery center to schedule an appointment timeframe between Monday-Friday during typical business hours.
At the time of delivery, our delivery partners will assemble your order, place it in your room of choice and take away all of the packaging. Please note, our delivery partners will not assemble any pieces that require installation in or on existing structures. For example, our carriers will not affix items to walls or ceilings, connect or disconnect electrical equipment, or hang mirrors, wall art, or wall mounted shelving. They will also not be responsible for assembling any products outside of your White Glove order.
For All Shipping Options:
You must inspect your shipment upon receipt. Sometimes damages can occur during shipment and we do our best to remedy this situation right away for you. It is your right to ask the driver to wait while you open your package to check for possible damages. Make note with the delivery driver on the packing slip if damages and/or internal concealed damages have occurred and you MUST refuse the package if you would like your order replaced. Send images of packaging or product damage immediately to info@modernmarketlifestyle.com within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
